Wellnefy operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Wellnefy uses Shopify to provide the Services.
These terms and conditions, along with all policies referenced herein (the "Terms of Service"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Wellnefy may accept or refuse the order at its sole discretion.

Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you select "Subscribe and Save," you agree to a recurring subscription.
You AUTHORIZE Wellnefy to automatically charge your payment method every 30 days until cancellation.
5.2 Pricing
Subscriptions include a discount (e.g., 15%). Prices may change with 14 days' prior notice.
5.3 Automatic Payments
Payment is processed automatically every 30 days.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal.
If you do not cancel in time, the charge will be processed.
5.4 Modifications
You can modify your subscription by contacting contact@wellnefy.com.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
5.5 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time at no cost.

5.6 Subscription Refunds
Orders that have already shipped are non-refundable, except in case of a return that complies with our Refund Policy.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting customer support may result in account suspension.

We do not guarantee continuous product availability.

By subscribing, you accept all of the above terms.
SECTION 6 — SAFETY AND LIMITATIONS

Wellnefy products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and our products are food supplements registered in the UK in accordance with applicable food supplement regulations.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, the United States, and selected international destinations. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
SECTION 8 — REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition (except under our money-back guarantee). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
UK CONSUMER RIGHTS:
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For health and hygiene reasons, opened food supplements may not be returnable under this 14-day right but remain covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (right to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described) are not affected.
US CONSUMER RIGHTS:
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and brand assets — is owned by Axelorn Group LLC (Wellnefy).
Copying, reproducing, or using this content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We are not responsible for the operation, accuracy, or safety of any external tools accessed through the Services.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Services.

Wellnefy uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform; however, Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for sales transactions.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. UK and EU customers are entitled to the rights set out in the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason — including for violation of these Terms.
SECTION 19 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except for any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.
SECTION 20 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellnefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
SECTION 21 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellnefy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
SECTION 22 — FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
SECTION 23 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 24 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellnefy regarding the Services.
SECTION 25 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Wellnefy may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
SECTION 26 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence, as required by mandatory provisions of UK consumer law.
SECTION 27 — CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
