SHIPPING POLICY


At Wellnefy, we take shipping speed and reliability seriously. Our goal is to ensure a simple, smooth shopping experience from start to finish.


Processing time


All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Estimated delivery times


United Kingdom (standard): 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom (express): 1 to 2 business days
USA (standard): 3 to 7 business days
USA (express): 1 to 3 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Canada: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days


Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, major sales) or in case of logistical constraints, delivery may take additional business days.


Free shipping


Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £35 and US orders over $35, on subscription orders, and on eligible bundles, as indicated on the product page.


Order tracking


As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your delivery status at any time through the tracking link provided in the email.


International orders


For orders shipped outside the country of origin (United Kingdom or United States), customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for packages refused at customs or held by customs authorities.


Lost or stolen packages


Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Wellnefy is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery address (work, secure mailbox, or hold for pickup) when ordering. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at contact@wellnefy.com.


For UK customers, please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you. If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier (and not marked as delivered), we will replace the order or issue a full refund.


Incorrect address


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Reshipping fees for packages returned due to an incorrect address or failed pickup will be charged to the customer.
