30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and a full refund.

We stand behind Wellnefy. If you're not satisfied with the product or the results within 30 days, we'll refund every penny. No questions. No hassle.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened or unused, in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at contact@wellnefy.com with the following information:

- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) involved
- Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted or refunded.

Damaged products or order issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@wellnefy.com. We'll review the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Items NOT eligible for return or refund

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products opened, used, damaged, or altered by the customer (except under our money-back guarantee)
- Free gifts included in bundles
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional products (refundable only via store credit, unless otherwise required by law)

Subscription orders

Subscription orders that have already shipped and been delivered are subject to the same 30-day guarantee, provided the product is returned unopened and unused.

To stop future payments, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Returning a product does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.

Payments for orders already shipped and delivered are non-refundable, unless the product is returned in accordance with this policy.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting Wellnefy, we reserve the right to suspend the account, dispute the claim, and recover any amounts owed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Guarantee abuse

Wellnefy reserves the right to deny refunds and block future orders in cases of guarantee abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Repeated refund requests
- Returns of empty or nearly empty products
- Orders placed with the intent to return
- Serial buy-and-return behavior

Refund processing

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for UK customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal — see "UK Consumer Rights" below).

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@wellnefy.com.

UK Consumer Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@wellnefy.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used food supplements may not be returnable under the 14-day cancellation right, but remain covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

For sealed and unopened returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount paid, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

US Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including state-level consumer protection statutes. In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law prevails.
